At 100% Pure New Zealand Honey, we take pride in the quality of our premium honey. Due to food safety regulations, we can only accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Process

    Contact Customer Support

    Email our support team with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect honey jars to initiate your claim.

    Receive Return Authorization

    Our team will review your request within 48 hours and, if approved, send you a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Carefully pack the unopened honey jars in their original packaging, attach the provided shipping label, and drop it off at your local post office.

  • 4.
    Refund or Replacement Processing

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will immediately process your full refund or dispatch a fresh replacement order.
